Angels are here amongst us. How do I know this? Well back in 1999 my angel guides revealed themselves to me during my early months of automatic writing. My first point of contact if you like was my higher angel guide William.

Born in the North West of England in 1805 William worked as a farmer until his untimely passing in 1856 due to an accidental fall. William then gradually introduced me to my other angel guides Albert my guide who provides my drawings, Matthew my guide of enquiries and Vrew my Indian guide of nature and worldly issues. 

When first gaining access to my higher angel William I felt it important to me to try and research his history if at all possible. Albert had used me to draw a church which was wholly unfamiliar to me and did not resemble any building I had ever seen. William himself related his time on this earth plane to have been spent in the Irlam area of Manchester after his family had moved there from the Orrell Park area of Liverpool.

My research and Williams help led me to the church where William was buried although there was no gravestone in evidence to show his resting place as in those days gravestones were laid flat and the area of Williams resting place was now grassed over and signposts were abound telling people to keep of the grass as there were graves below. Historical library records for the time were also missing due to a fire decades previous, however I was sure that I had found my angels mortal resting place.

The Orrell Park part of the history was more successful in that I did indeed find records of the family living in Orrell during that time. I did not need this validation but it was nice to trace the history anyway. My angel guides have been with me ever since and provide the source that is my gift.

As a psychic who uses the gift of automatic writing and drawing (spirit drawing), I continually get asked, “what is automatic writing” and how do you do it?

The fact is that this particular gift was not sought or expected. It first came to me in February of 1999. I had considered myself to be “psychic” for a number of years previously but had never seen nor worked with anyone that used automatic writing. When this gift was given to me it was as big a surprise to me as it was to those around me.

I was watching television one evening and found myself in a relaxed state of mind whilst also contemplating what to write on a get well card that I had bought for a friend. Without realising what I was doing my hand started writing on some paper I had within the card. It was very strange yet seemingly natural in how I felt at that moment. The writing was strange and unfamiliar. It wasn’t my writing although my hand had written the words and drawn the Spiro graphs and images that filled the page in front of me. Rather than freaking out at this turn of events I was immediately filled with a sense that I was in the presence of someone familiar who was using this method to engage with me.

On reflection what I was doing was basically giving control of my arm and hand over to a spirit that needed to communicate with me. The spirit in question was someone I had known for many years who had passed over around a year previous. Her presence was as a familiar known spirit who was here to ease the way for allowing my higher angel guides to introduce themselves to me through the automatic writing that was unfolding on the page in front of me.

During the next few days and weeks it was as though a tap had been turned on and I seemed to be scrawling and drawing every time I sat down to relax. I was unsure at the outset about what I was writing and the messages that were being given to me. It was new and took a little while to develop and understand fully, but as my higher angel guides gradually revealed themselves to me all became clear.Whilst sure of the contact and influence my angel guides were offering me it was still a strange time with the obvious self doubt thrown in as I would write words and put together sentences that made little or no sense to me at the time. Many of the initial spirit drawings were a little wacky to say the least and it took a little time to come to terms with exactly how my gift would work.

My family and friends were somewhat sceptical at the beginning and needed a little convincing. As my early contact with my higher angels became clearer I found myself writing about events that were yet to happen and found myself scouring the news, teletext and papers for validation about writing given to me. These were events, usually about nature or green issues that would find their way into the news within a few days of appearing in my writing. This period was a test of my belief and also of those close to me as looking back I also received messages that were personal to family members and gave us all a sense of wow and amazement.

This was how the gift of automatic writing and drawing came to me and is a method that I still use to this day.
